Clammin’ & Jammin’ is an event combining culinary art and traditional Acadian music. The first part of the evening consists of a culinary competition where the participants have to create a clam dish, a staple dish in the PEI Acadian culture. Great music will follow the competition, just like any event typical event in the Evangeline area. Chef Allan Bossé, a.k.a the Kilted Chef, will take care of the entertainment during the Clammin’ part. As for the Jammin’ part, we have Louise Arsenault, Caroline Bernard, Marcella and Patsy Richard, and Rémi Arsenault. The event starts at 5:00 p.m. on the 22nd and the next morning is a the Big Clammin’ brunch with even more music. The brunch is from 10:30 a.m to 1:00 p.m.
