Barachois Inn is a bed and breakfast in the historical acadian community of Rustico, built in 1763. Located in the heart of Prince-Edward-Island, Barachois Inn is only 30 minutes away from Charlottetown, the province’s capital.
The inn is composed of two main houses: Gallant house, built in 1880 by one of the most prosperous merchant of the area, Joseph Gallant, and MacDonald House, a recent building offering 4 spacious suites bringing a modern touch to a historic era. Together, the two buildings offer 8 different styles of private accommodation: traditional Victorian style suites, luxury suites, suites with view on the north shore of the Island and of a gorgeous Victorian garden.
The inn is always happy to welcome family with children of 7 years old and older. Unfortunately, it does not appropriate for very young children.
